I am a problem-solver and out-of-the-box thinker that will always advocate for my clients to get the best results. I believe in working as a team and in partnership with each client so that they understand all aspects of their case and also feel that they are part of the process and outcome of their own case.
I limit the number of cases that I accept so that I can devote the time and attention needed for each case and client, and I make sure to be accessible to each client to support them through the legal process. As a woman, minority and daughter to immigrant parents I feel that I can empathize with my clients and often share common experiences and can view their situation through the same lenses.
With over 20+ years as a worker's rights attorney and extensive experience litigating in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration, I will fight for my clients to get the best results!
I earned my J.D. degree in 1999 from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles, CA) and I am licensed to practice in both state and federal courts in California.
